They were very helpful. We arrived very soon in the morning and they let us leave our luggage in the reception. We also leave very soon in the morning and Andreas was there in case we need any help.
The room is big enough for 5 people (we were four).
The room is cleaned every day.

The apartment was located on a busy square, extremely accessible to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. no time restriction on the included breakfast. This is a big bonus. i recommend advertising this. It was not mentioned on letsbookhotel.com but this is a great bonus because many hostels/hotels stop serving breakfast at 10 or 11am.

The front desk was open 24/7 - very convenient for late check in/early check out. Very good location - 5-7 min from Museum metro station. Kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle. TV, WiFi. Towels and soap (shower gel) in the shower. Very friendly staff. -

Очень хороший отель. Почти в центре. Но даже удобнее. Потому что по делам метался то на И.П. Павлова то в Место. Номера отличные. Очень дорогой интернет. (23 Евро в день). - 1. Was close to city center. 2. Grocery shop was across from the hotel which was open until late night.

Close to everything. We had our own balcony, wich was great because we had one smoker among us, and the weather was wonderful while we were in Prague.:) -

The staff at the hotel were able to accommodate us at a moment's notice. The room was very spacious and comfortable, more of an apartment than a hotel room, with good facilities, friendly staff and a great location in central Prague; I would recommend it to anyone, particularly younger people looking to be in the middle of the city's nightlife. - W

The apartment was very nice and clean, looked exactly like on the pictures. The cleaning lady showed up every day and did a very thorough job. The staff is extremely helpful. The location in Nove Mesto is within 20 minutes walk to major attractions, but there is also a subway station and a tram station nearby. -

Ванна в номере - Room was not far from subway, train station and city center - this is great advantage. Also what is important the room was realy clean - Great friendly service. Very well priced. Rooms were basic but hadeverything you need. Would stay at Pension 44 again. Also was veryconvenient to have breakfast provided just around the corner.

This was my third stay at Almandine. Lov it. Location is perfect, just off the main square and 5min walk from the Charles bridge. Easy to reach all the sites from here. Staff was so helpful, and the food was terrific. Apartments were clean and comfortable. I would stay there again and I highly recommend it.
