Great value for money. Clean apartment and hospitable staff. Loreta Hotel was everything we hoped for; the location was perfect; away
from the hustle bustle and noise yet walking distance to all the sights
in a lovely area. Our room was large and charming, bathroom had a
wonderful shower. On arrival we found Czech chocolates on clean soft
towels. Breakfast was good with variety of Czech pastries and the
breakfast room was very romantic; lit candles and pretty decoration.

The experience was fab, the concierge was brillant, very helpful and great advice with young children. The in house music and video library was also great. The rooms in 6th floor are marvelous and have unique view to the castle or the bridge. The staff was unexpectantly polite . Clean and fresh, good and prompt service - The most interesting hotel I've ever stayed in. Stayed in HoneymoonSuite and had our own Jacuzzi and whirlpool bath. Wonderful history anduniqueness about the hotel, great artwork and finish throughout.Excellent location at the foot of Prague castle. Spa and Wellness centrewas outstanding and again unique.

Courtesy room with shower towels etc and luggage lockers for late departure - Information we needed was readily available. The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

Owner's niece, the receptionist who works on weekends, is EXCELLENT and VERY helpful. She treated all my family's issues with great care and diligence and in a prompt manner. Hotel, even though under construction/renovation on street level for 2 more months, was a great place to stay (close by city and Charles bridge (2 tram stops away)) and had a wonderful restaurant in Rathskeller downstairs.
