  it was very nice place to stay.for Prague- exelent location 20min from residence-you are in the center, 3 tram stops - by the nice beer bar :) so, we are staying 3 night in the hotel- it was clean. the garbidge been was clearning every day. the breakfast, for our supprised, was fool-musli/sossidges/yogurt and more else - it was enough to say fool ... что говорят » long time.,parking wasn't free-but if you do not afraid to wolk a little by the corner u can find place to park ;) And you can go in the hotel any tim - We got to the hotel around 23:30 and it was closed, but we phoned the number that was written on the door and someone came in 5 minutes and helped us around. He was very nice and helpful. Besides that, the hotel is very clean and cozy, breakfast was good and it is very close to a tram station that can take you to the city center and all of it's attractions.

  Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Also the heaviest room door! Room has everything you need and as place is new, everything is in good condition. Good price for a just-off-centre location and good for transport links. Bit of an (out of centre) view from my 7th floor room.   Просторный номер, тепло (путешествовали зимой и останавливались во многих отелях, так что могу сравнивать - почти везде было холодно, батарею надо включать как только заходишь в номер. А в этом отеле - тепло). Приветливый персонал, попросили раздельные кровати - дали номер с четырьмя !!! кроватями. Уезжали поздно вечером - разрешили освободить номе... что говорят » р не в 12-00 как положено, а когда будем уезжать. - The people at recetion had quite a bit of english and were very helpful and willling to help at any time with any thing.The room was cleaned everyday even if you were in your room when the passed they would come back around later and clean.hotel florenc is in such a wonderful location too rite beside the metro literally accross the road and same for busses - Hotel Florenc was a small friendly and comfortable hotel.The staff were very helpful and pleasant.Breakfast was plentiful and fresh.The location was good not too far from the centre of the old town if you wanted to walk.Metro and Trams were only minutes away.Would definately reccommend this hotel.

  We had very spacious apartment - 2bedrooms+kitchen, very confortable beds. Rooms were single furnished but practical. We visited Prague with two children and we would prefered two singe beds instead of one double bed for them. But for 3 days they can live with that. Rooms were big and kitchen was good equiped - no toaster. It was close to centre,... что говорят » which was perfect. Surrounding (park) was also very nice. Grocery just across the street. We recommend this apt. - The apartments are small and cute, you can cook your own meals, the Internet was good, the room was warm even though it was -12 outside. Nice location, close to metro and supermarket. The neighbourhood seems very safe. Helpful staff, it was also nice to get hot coffee and some bread and sweet stuff in the morning sent to your room. All in all a nice stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and our room faced the river and we had a wonderful view - definitely request a room on the river side. The view and location couldn't be better. The rooms are small since you're on a boat, but they were very comfortable were cleaned everyday. The shower and bathroom is larger than you'd expect and everything seems to have been recently updated. The breakfasts were good with a hot item every day.

  Situated in a great location, central to all the major attractions and in a quiet street. Very comfortable apartment style residence. Breakfast was included as was wifi. The staff were fantastic, spoke English and assisted in a friendly and professional manner.
