The owner didn't speak a lot of English, but he spoke enough for us to get by, and he was so kind, hospitable, and accommodating! It's not just renovated building with modern and luxury furniture, but all the small details and accessories (e.g. slippers, wine glasses with corkscrew, umbrella, bathroom accessories...) really make you feel like home. I think it is a reasonable solution. The value of this place is i - Everything, from the outside it does not look that special, but appearances can be deceiving. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the location is great for the city, as long as you don't mind a few steps (80) to the town. There is a slightly longer route without steps if required. However the city is wonderful and worth the short walk.
