  This was a fabulous location. The staff were amazingly helpful in recommendations and places to see. They even saved us a parking spot outside the villa. There is parking nearby also. We stayed in a renovated donkey stable that was full of character. The bathroom was lovely and the bed amazingly comfortable as was as a really good breakfast. Recomends it a lot!

  The location is fantastic: 5 minutes walk to Diocletian's Palace, but tucked around the back of a building and thus absolutely quiet. Central Split can be a raucous party scene, but Royal Suites is dead quiet, despite its proximity. The staff is also absolutely fantastic. Someone also waited up for our arrival at 11 PM on a Sunday night. The - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Suites, which is ideally situated near the old town. The highlight was the outstanding attitude of the staff, who provided us with excellent advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, Tony, Tina and Lana. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed excellent breakfasts. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.
