Stylish Theatre Apartments is a beautifully renovated two bedroom
apartment perfectly located just a few minutes walk from the old town.
The owner has gone out of their way to provide all the comforts of home.
We were three people staying just a couple of nights so found no problem

getting - I traveled to Croatia with friends and on the night of arrival our flight was delayed so we didn't end up getting into the city centre until after 11:00 PM (check in is supposed to happen before 11:00 PM). We were unable to contact the owner by telephone as we couldn't get the call to go through. (Note to readers planning to travel to Croatia: unless you have a cell phone you will need a calling card for pay phones!) However, the owner of the apartment stayed waiting for us for 2 hours! She

This was a fabulous location. The staff were amazingly helpful in recommendations and places to see. They even saved us a parking spot outside the villa. There is parking nearby also. Our hosts met us before we even got out of the taxi! Beautiful room. Quiet neighborhood in old town. Steps away from narrow streets...steps away from public park...perfect spot to enjoy Split. Delicious breakfast buffet - even local treats to go with great coffee. Pero & Katja such warm and welcoming hosts. Can't imagine any place nicer to begin a vacation on the Dalmatian Coast.

Comfort, clean big modern rooms - Rooms were wonderful, comfy bed, huge bathroom, and breakfast was great. Location was reasonably good (5 min walk to market, 10 mins walk to downtown).

Friendly an serviceminded staff. Nice and clean room, tasty decorated. We stayed for 13 nights and we got even a mobilephone at the arrival to use for lokal calls, ordering taxi an so on. We stayed in the apartment on Kranciviceva street for 3 days.Recently renovated , nice design apartment. it has everything that you need during the trip (even more):washing machine with dryer, dish washing machine, flat screen tv with cable,wi fi, hair dryer, nice kitchen. I would like to say special thanks to Boutique appartments staff which was very friendly and helpful. Defenatelly recommend Boutique apts to everyone.

This proved to be a very friendly place to stay and nothing was too much trouble! Restaurant recommendations were greatly appreciated especially as the first restaurant we tried (Konoba Matejuska) gave us such an excellent gluten-free meal we ate there again on the second night. The best possible choice to stay in Split! The location is just perfect (within 5 minute walk you can reach 3 of the best restaurants in Split, two of them with seaview). Boban is just 15 minute walk from the city center and 3 minute walk from the beach. It is situated in the beautiful and peaceful area.

We were met at the airport by a driver arranged by the owners, Paula and Adrian. He took us to the property where we were met by the owners, who greeted us warmly and gave us restaurant and activity suggestions. They also offered to take us to the port the next day. The room was perfect; beautifully designed, clean and quite comfortable. There was even a bottle of wine, fruit, and sweets on the table. We couldn't have made a better choice for accommodation. We wished we could have stayed longer

Perfect location, almost can't find a better place in Split. Directly face to the beach and just in the Palace.
Beautiful design apartment. Very Clean and well equipped.
Staffs are very helpful. They even will give the suggestions about your next destination when you are leaving Split. For me, they recommended a very good restaurant in Dubrovnik.

The guest relations / manager of the apartments, Paula was just superb. She met us on arrival at the taxi drop off point. She offered us information on restaurants, sites, events massages etc. Paula is charming, professional and made our stay a really lovely experience. The location is amazing inside the palace but with extensive harbour views.

these newly built rooms located in a historic old apartment in the middle of split old town is ideal for these who want to be in the center of the city, we stayed in king size bedroom, it all looks relaxed and nice, the room is on the 3rd floor , the owner was helpful & carried one of the luggage upstairs

The service was brilliant. We were upgraded when we arrived as we arrived before checkin and our room was being cleaned. Then I was feeling ill from our catamaran journey and we were given coffee and some food to help settle my stomach. The room was super modern and had no complaints.
