Beautiful apartment, fitted out to a very high standard and with a very large balcony. Pebble beach with very clear sea is at the end of the driveway. Hosts were lovely and very friendly - they even held a barbecue evening for all their guests free of charge and made vegetarian food especially for us. -

Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

Owner Jelena and his husband were excellent. Well maintained facility. Full kitchen. Room with air conditioning. Laundry machine in bathroom. Sattellite tv. Nice sunny. Laundry is well dried. Really kind owner. Introducing facility with warmly. Seen off even if the early departure. Definitely visit again and again.

Location was excellent. Right n the heart of the Old town, so easy access to everything. But also quiet, because down a side street. Room very stylish, and smart, and had everything you could need. Superb shower. Breakfast was excellent and more fullsome than other places we stayed in Croatia, plus the kind waitress put us together a punnet of lovely fresh fruit to take on our way! Would definitely recommend.

Great location to access Paklenica National Park. Modern, clean, tidy, stylish family run hotel. Lovely relaxing atmostphere, romantic outook from our balcony room. Option to swim right in front of the hotel. Fabulous food including fresh fish cooked outside on a purpose built brick oven with hotplate. Hotel owner went out of her way to accommodate our needs. The best hotel we stayed in in the entire two week touring trip of Croatia

On our arrival we were greeted by the host who was very friendly and informative. As we arrived a bit late she advised of a restaurant near by that we could have a meal from, which was fair priced and average. The rooms are clean and simple, there is a bakery just next door which sells nice pastries. There is enough room for parking and a garden with a pool which is heated.
Overall, a nice clean place to stay with a friendly and helpful host.

Your are right in the middle of the city and did not have to walk far to find a great restaurant. Air conditioned and could not hear anything going on outside; it was peace and quiet when we went to sleep and when we woke up. Most of the people there are super friendly and kind. the host is very helpful and with any questions you had she was more than happy to answer. This place is really worth the money spent.

The owner Marko and his family are incredibly hospitable and helpful. I stayed at the apartment for a whole month while on a Croatian language course and had quite a few needs but I never had to ask for anything twice. I felt very much at home in the apartment. The view from the balcony is truly stunning. The double bed is very comfortable as is the sofa bed. There's a very good pizzeria and a nice bar around the corner, a supermarket open till 22.00 and Diklo beach less than 5 mins by car. The -
The hosts Vinko (mr Kardum) and mrs Kardum were very warm and friendly.
Even though they spoke little English they were very warm in making us
feel welcome and telling us about themselves. Their service was
excellent, we left some things at the apartment and they went out of
their way to arrange the return of the things to us at our final
destination before we departed Croatia. The apartment was newly
renovated and was clean & comfortable with carpark. We really
appreciate their assistance

we stayed at the studio apartment (3rd floor) this little tiny place is designed to impress, its right in the center of Zadar old town right below the crowd, you'd think it would be noisy but double glazing helps shut all the noise out when the windows are closed.

Apartment was super super nice and clean. There was everything needed.
Teenagers loved that modern bunk bed! Location simply couldn't be
any better. City was beautiful, vivid, historical and friendly. Food and
ice cream - good! We are defenately coming back and won't think any
other accomondation. Karlos was very helpful and made everything easy.
With his tips and advice we managed to get best out of our stay, wich
was way too short!

The owner was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and nice. He made sure our stay was good and he sent us to the airport at a fairly decent price. The accommodation was very near to the beach, making it very convenient as a place to stay on our last night in Croatia. Facilities provided were a good value for money - we had a terrace, kitchen and decent ensuite bathroom at a good price.
