  Pleasent people, owner very friendly, allways at your service. Nice rooms, AC, Wifi, we used fitnees, beach infront of the rooms. Great atmosphere for good vacation ! - Very friendly staff, great cuisine, clean and sunny rooms. Wonderful location, all in all, a very nice place to stay.

  This hotel/b&b is extremely well presented with flowers on the big terrace where breakfast is taken, and carpet throughout, which gives it a very comfortable feel and, importantly, makes it very quiet in the evening. Everything is beautifully clean and the choice for breakfast is sumptuous, perhaps the best I've ever been offered. Our room had... что говорят » a balcony with a lovely sea view, which is probably worth the extra cost in such a beautiful area. The staff were very friendly. This is a very well- - The guest house was, in relation to other accommodation in Opatija, very good price/quality ratio. Everything was very clean and new. Very convenient to have parking facility. The location was a bit tricky to find and one should be aware it is not right in Opatija. We were looking for an overnight stop on our way south along the coast so it was the perfect stopover. Whilst Optaija is a glorious old Austro Hungarian style resort it is not, (in my opinion only ), a place for a longer stay.
