We enjoyed a week stay with the grandparents and our children age 5 and 7. Clean large pool, 7 min. walk to the beach, boat rental and day trips available, 2 restaurants, ice cream shop and a market for daily shopping as well as dog friendly. Short drive to Pula city center. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Children's nightly dance party was a must for our two!!

great stay - spacious apartament with quite well equipped kitchen (but no kettle available!), close to the rocky beach, quiet (provided you like countryside noise of neighbouring rooster, we did :-)).
Very friendly staff.
Rovinj is delightful, our best in Istria. -

Just outside Pula at Pjescana Uvala. Large older style apartment above the family's house, real wood not plastic. Very large terrace with full views over beach, harbour & islands. Very good clean safe beach & restaurants. Short bus ride from Pula which is also nice with island boat trips & a roman arena, etc. Owner met me from airport & showed me round Pula. The owners were very friendly and even though we arrived late (at 3 a.m.!!) because we had car problems, they didn't seem to have a problem with it.
The apartment was really nice and quiet with a small terrace, the bed big and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. -

We loved the setting. A small castle like building on the top of a hill with a small settlement surrounding it. Awesome! We had a nice room, it was a little dark, but not a problem, open the doors and windows. The settlement of Groznjan was fun to be in and walk around. Not a long drive to the Sea and other surrounding villages. Highly recommended to go off the beaten track and stay here.

We had trouble returning a rented car at a pre-appointed time. The owner was kind enough to allow us to leave the car behind at his place and sent us to the bus station. We loved the Park plaza Verudela. It is a large resort with a two hotels on the site, the other is the park plaza Histria (this is where the wellness and the breakfast is) it is very convenient for people who don't want to drive into town everyday as there is a supermarket, restaurants and some shops on site all in walking distance.
