  Very nice people, but limit English, and my non-existent Croatian or German was annoying, though the place and people were perfectly nice and helpful as can be. The owners soon speaks fine English, and his father, with whom I dealt more w a good ho.

  Our stay started with an extremely warm welcome from Branco and his lovely niece Marina. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well appointed. We had in read previous posts that the room could be cold in cooler months. We visited in October with fairly cool temperatures and were completely comfortable. One thing we particularly appreci... что говорят » ated was the patio and garden off the back of the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it to be an excellent value. - We loved the setting. A small castle like building on the top of a hill with a small settlement surrounding it. Awesome! We had a nice room, it was a little dark, but not a problem, open the doors and windows. The settlement of Groznjan was fun to be in and walk around. Not a long drive to the Sea and other surrounding villages. Highly recommended to go off the beaten track and stay here.

  From the second we arrived we knew that our short vacation will be great. The apartments are looked after, equipped with all you need. We had No.6 on the second floor and the breakfast view and the evening drink on the balcony were just priceless. Blanka is the best host we had in a long time! As far as the birds go I have never heard so many sing all the time... Al - We got a very friendly welcome from Paloma. Thanks to her help we have returned a credit card that I forgot in a far far away shop (250+km). Medulin located near a very beautiful national park Kamenjak (10 minutes on a car) with very clean sea. And it's a not crowded place because you have to pay to drive in. Very lovely stay. Thank you Paloma.

  Location is good with all the necessary stores close by. The place is clean and very well maintained. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We had trouble returning a rented car at a pre-appointed time. The owner was kind enough to allow us to leave the car behind at his place and sent us to the bus station. I would surely stay at his place - 1St timers to Croatia, great place to start our trip. Friendly host, location near the sea and great walking tracks into the old town along the coast. The apartment was spacious enough for us and had a small balcony. We cooked and the facilities were adequate, perfect for a 2 night stay. A supermarket is around the corner which was an added bonus. Its about a 15-20 min walk into the old town by road and bus station.

Excellent location (close to the beach and the city centre as well), newly built (or renovated) room, rich breakfast contributed to my unforgettable holiday. The building is on the top of a hill, so you should walk uphill approx. 5-6 floors high to get there from the centre/beach.
