  felt luxurious compared to most of the places we stayed on our trip, laundry service available, excellent restaurant overlooking the water, free bike rental - Staff was very helpful. Location is close to Zrce. We thought it was a better choice in location over Novalja. The staff is extremely helpful.

  I had a great stay here at the House Novalia. I loved the fact it was clean and wasn't too far from the beach and the restaurants and bars. The swimming pool was awesome.   This was the best experience I've ever had with lodging. Our flight arrived in late at night. We were tired and hungry. We were able to skip checkin and go directly to the apartment. The owner was kind enough to bring us food from his own apartment so that we would have something to eat. Our vacation wouldn't be the same in another appartement. Everything we needed was at Vila Novak. Zlatko knows the island, gives you a lot of useful advice and things to do on the island. We didn't had much luck with the weather and it was not so crowded on the island, but Vila Novak is the top of the bill if it comes to appartments or stays in Noval
