  This is most definitely a first class 5 star hotel from the moment of pickup from airport. The hotel is a designers dream no detail too small for them. Open spaces yet a feeling of intimacy. Fabulous room with small balcony and big view. Plenty of good food places in town too. Indoor outdoor swimming pool, outdoor lunch - The location is magnificent. The beds are very comfortable and enormous. Every room has a sea view which is spectacular. Simply adored the courtesy vaporetta that shuttles between the hotel and the old harbour in Dubrovnik every hour.

The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the hotel looked brand new. The hotel restaurant was good, we enjoyed the breakfasts and also enjoyed dinner there once.

  A true five star performance. We stayed in room 3409 in the Royal Princess addition. It was perfect. Right over the sea in a very large and comfortable suite. Would not have asked for more.   Up market !! - Location was perfect, being directly outside Old Town. Being so close toPile Gate also meant that it was a very short walk to the hotel aftergetting off the bus from the airport. The staff was extremely friendly -the lady who checked me in remembered my name throughout my stay and wasvery helpful!
