Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms modern very clean and serviced daily with fresh towels . Breakfast ample with a selection of buffer food that caters for all . We found the location to be perfect for our holiday just enough distance from main high street and harbour which was only a 5 min walk away . Where there was a good selection of bars/ restaurants . The whole house is spotlessly clean. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, bathrooms are large, plenty of towels, if you require you can get your room cleaned during your stay at no extra charge (I stayed in numerous Croatian apartments, other landlords give you one towel

The apartment is a pure luxury, it is modern and very well equipped with anything you need. We had a bottle of water in the fridge and some fruit on the table when we arrived.
The house owners are nice and helpful. Their english is good enough to sort out things. -

Baška Voda is a beautiful place, and Apartments Ivana is definitely the perfect choice to spend there a nice holiday. Modern, comfortably furnished rooms, terrace with wonderful views of the sea. Excellent location, where the beach easily accessible on foot- but not for the lazy ones, it is on the top of the village! Very kind staff, the friendly owners are always there, and help in everything. Highly recommended!

Очень хорошие хозяева (Иван и Злата), искренние и отзывчивые. Помогли организовать трансфер от аэропорта и обратно. Любая просьба выполнялась если не моментально, то в тот же день.

Описание и фото на сайте полностью соответствуют действительности. Номера чистые, комфортные. Кухонный уголок оборудован всем необходимым (холодильник, микроволновка, плита, различная посуда). Хозяева приветливые, доброжелательные, всячески стараются помочь в решении любых вопросов.

Our stay at Villa Cizmic was one of the best in our many travels. The moment we arrived, the host greeted us at our car, helped us with our bags, and shared a welcome drink with us. This was the trend of the hospitality that was shown to us our whole stay.

The location is perfect with a great beach just minutes away and the amazing mountains just behind.
All of this for a trememe -
Just wonderful in so many ways. To start, our hosts, Dushko Cizmic and
his wife Gordanna, were terrific in every way. The apt. Was clean,
quiet, comfortable and close to the wonderful Bratus beach!! Then to top
it off, Dushko is a master chef/winemaker and prepared us a uniquely
delicious seafood meal along with his homemade wine. After traveling
over 1000 kilometers through Croatia...he proved to be our most
wonderful host. You can't go wrong here. Close to Makarska too if
you need to shop.

Beach is overcrowded in Baska Voda, however if you have car you can reach nice and calm camping beach under pine-trees and good beach services. It's also worth to visit Brac island

Good location (easy to get to hotel, close to the beach, good and free parking), nice staff (for the first time I was so supervised where I and my car is, where I can park, where to go to find the hotel, etc.). Nearby you can find good and not expensive restaurant Mars, supermarket, vegetable & fruit market.
