  This trip to Croatia we stayed in 7 hotels. They were all excellent, but this was the best. Great location, fantastic views, near to Zadar city, free parking and wifi - both excellent quality.   Very friendly staff, trying to accommodate all your needs. Very clean, good conditions and excellent value for money. Simple but modern furniture. Futuristic bathroom equipment and includes a hairdryer. Excellent breakfast for €6 in a nearby hotel managed by the owner of the villa. A great place to stay in your vacation - I did not check the beach... что говорят » but the Zadar town is worth a visit and especially do not miss a visit to the Plitvice Lakes. - The owner was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and nice. He made sure our stay was good and he sent us to the airport at a fairly decent price. The accommodation was very near to the beach, making it very convenient as a place to stay on our last night in Croatia. Facilities provided were a good value for money - we had a terrace, kitchen and decent ensuite bathroom at a good price.

  Good location,great outside balcony. The owners were very friendly and arranged airport transfer for our return. The apartment was very spacious. . We had a few problems with the TV, the owners worked really hard to ensure we had a picture. Shirt walk to a couple of good pebbly beaches, water warm abd crystal clear - The apartment was spotless and very comfortable and a god size. The location is fantastic only 10 metres from the lagoon. The terrace overlooking the harbour was great to sit and stare.
