Rever view is very nice and gives special feeling while drinking and dinning at Balcony Restaurant. Hotel location makes it more beautifull, nice ,friendly and english speaking staff made my stay more comforable and pleasent.

Nothing is there which I didnt liked.

There is no iron in the room! Poor option for breakfast.

Very stilish environment, great spa and pool, extremely friendly and efficient staff, spacious room and a great roof top bar!

I basically live at hotels, as I always travel. And it's always 5* hotels. This is by far the best one I've seen.

Some of the staff didn't speak decent English.

The location of this hotel is perhaps only surpassed by its design. The rooms are something else here! Very well thought out, they could well be the best I ever stayed in. I would also be surprised if the pool did not get any design awards. Awe inspiring!

The Peninsula is not cheap, and nor should it be. But while I don't mind paying a bit extra for something extraordinary, I still could not use two out of three bars because of their archaic smoking policy. What a waste of such a beautiful hotel! The only smoke-free place is the lobby bar, and this is frankly not worth the money. Breakfast costs 250 Yuan. It is good, but not that good.

Best hotel I ever stayed in China, nice location, better value than other luxury hotels in China. Super nice and considerate staff, You can feel staff are treated well and very proud of what they are doing.

Must upgrade to the room with the river view,or you will lose the whole point of stay in this area. The Sunday brunch is good, food, view, and service! Room is high tec! Bathroom with the spa lighting & music is cool! Enough coffee & tea supply! Very close to the heart of the city.

No iron in the room Apart from staff work from the Sunday brunch,the rest staff is quit someone. Maybe as we are young & Asian looking? I even struggling to open the heavy hotel's main entry door by myself when the are bunch of male staff standing & chatting by the door...
