For one week I got to feel like a real Beijinger living in the Hutong (albeit a fancy Hutong) and see the culture in a way that is impossible for a tour group staying in a fancy hotel.   This was the best place we stayed in china! The staff were great! We swapped emails and I will defiantly be retuning just to stay here and see my new friend! The staff would help with anything you needed, great advice, helped book tours, great english. One night they even cook my and my parents dinner :d loved it! They were tremendously helpful to us and very friendly and caring. It was very close to the main attractions of Beijing but in a very quiet area. We felt very safe.

  Fabulous location near Tiananmen, Forbidden City, and Wangfujing shopping and markets. The accommodation is basic but the price is right. The staff are friendly. I took one of the hostel's tours to the great wall, it was fabulous. The staff recommended a great restaurant down the road that served delicious duck!   Location was super the city is wonderful. Why would you want to stay in the hotel anyway! So the beds were fine. Vieuw was a poster ( who cares) bathroom had multiple blurred windows between the room. I stayed with my brother and it was not inconveinient at all. As for the toilet paper, the are using small rolls but they will give you more when ... что говорят » you ask. Breakfast was exellent! Oh and they have floor heating!! Yeay! - The people are really helpful when you ask for assistance and they our trip great. The location of this hotel is fantastic as some of the main attractions in Beijing is all in walking distance. Great place and we would stay again.

  the building is very interesting, the price is reasonable, and the staffs are all very very nice - Personel where very friendly. Hotel was nice and I loved the bed. Usually you have too shoft beds at hotels and my back doesn't like that too much. This time my back was ok even after 10 nights :D. And the fruit from the trees tasted good.

  The staff were incredibly polite and the service was impeccable. They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc. The room itself was huge. Impeccably clean, service was always prompt especially when we ran into trouble with the washing machine. Amenities that one needs away from... что говорят » home were all there.
