The location was great. Close enough to the lake, located in a very nice little street with lots of restaurants.
I very much liked the look of the place, very stylish and the simplicity of the room as well as the possibility to rent a bike for the day. A must!.
The staff, even if beside one person, doesn't speak English is very kind and helpful.There is a nice hall and wifi available anywhere in the structure. Strategic position to reach the Yuquan campus, Zhejiang University.все обзоры »

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The only minor negative point is their limited ability to speak English. but on the other side, it was always enough to communicate. So overall, still very good!.
Very disappointed. The location is far away from the XIhu and other places we would like to visit. The worst thing we suffered was they did not provided any hot water for shower after 12 o'clock since my friend and I went back to the hostel at the late night. This was the worst YHA I had ever stayed.
