Great location and close to the railway station, West lake within walking distance, nice shops with tasty food around the ymca.

In our room there was no bathroom door:-) Quite funny!

They provides wifi in rooms. Public bathrooms and shower rooms are seperated in two; male/female. very clean

The location is little bit difficult to find at first.

We had a double room on the 2nd floor. No elevator, so you have to drag your luggage up. There is construction work going on (maybe the whole year of 2013) but we were on the other side of the building. The room is a bit small and the bathroom is part of the room (glass door for the shower). The reception is staffed by a variety of young people. Some are incredibly slow and inefficient, but there is a girl who speaks fluent English and is very helpful. Asks if I found the pharmacy and if my cold has gone, takes dry cloths of other guests off hangers if you need them for your own laundry. Shows you the restaurants in the vicinity. Hostel is within walking distance from the lake and some ok food places. We enjoyed the activities of the Chinese youngsters who sleep in the dorms: there were fashion photo sessions in the "lobby" every day.

Well, it's a youth hostel. Room is reasonable value for money.

Great place to stay if visiting Hangzhou. Clean room and sheets. Very Big bed in a cosy room. We'll stay in again for sure.

Location is extremely convenient. The room is quite stylish.

Staff is not very friendly; the toilet is -inside- the room, not separate, keep it mind if you're not so 'close' to your room mate. No working internet connection in the room. Not so cheap to be an hostel in China.

Location is tricky to find, but near the westlake. They clean the room daily. My room was clean by the time I'm back.

I think they need to put separator between the room the toilet. It's not hygiene to have the toilet together with the room. No lift! I had to carry my luggage all the way to 3rd floor. T.T I guess they also put the dormitory separated with the private room. It was so noisy at night because my room was right next to the public bathroom while I paid for private room. room has no sound proof.

It seems that there is a construction going on these days, which made the environment unsatisfying. There is mosquito in the room and the bed sheet is not quite clean.
