  Absolutely everything! Staff were helpful, courteous and friendly and were very knowledgeable regarding sightseeing, museums, restaurants etc. in Santiago and surrounding areas. Nothing was too much to ask for. Reception staff also had a good grasp of the English language. To top it all, I found Santiago the most enjoyable city - The staff were the best hat we have encountered during our tour of South America. Both the day + night shift knew their business and looked after us very well. Breakfast was superb and I loved the fresh strawberry juice! The location itself proved a good choice. It is the other side of the river from the centre, but it is only a short 10/12 minute walk. The street is quiet, but it is only a 10 minute stroll to the heart of bellavista for the nightlife and restaurants. Mega comfy bed.

We were staying at this hotel at 2 different points on our trip of South America. We asked to leave our bags forr a week at the hotel after our first stay and they were glad to do it. b. The concierge worked with me (because I don't speak Spanish - We arrived at 9am in the morning and we were able to have an available room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had dinner at their restaurant and food was excellent. The included breakfast was also excellent with a great variety. I would certainly return to this hotel.
