  The staff and hotel were great, but the excellent guides that Casa Atacama uses for their excursions make a stay there spectacular! - the staff! they were most helpfull, professional and friendly. Perfect! We also enjoyed the peace and quiet. Great place to relax.

  Parina was the best choice we could take for sure. Parina's staff is kind and always helpful. We've had to change our plan and return earlier to Santiago; I don't know if it would be possible without Soledad's help! - Really friendly staff and excellent apartment rooms. Very Clean and attentive staff who prepared excellent breakfasts

  The rooms were quite big and because they are built of adobe, they stay quite warm at night, even without a heater. The staff were very friendly (the owner was away at the time) and offered extra blankets, filled up the hot water bottle we had with us, and had a great breakfast ready for us each morning. Everything was exceptionally clean during our stay as well. - Jose Miguel, the owner, is on site and always available to help with tours, restaurant recommendations and anything that needs dealing with in the rooms. The bed is comfortable and the room and private bathroom clean. The hostal is in a quiet street on the edge of the town centre but the main centre is a maximum 5 minutes walk away so the convenience is great without late night noise. We had a great stay and Jose Miguel was a great host.

  Location is wonderful. Staff from reception to maids and restaurant staff are great and attentive. It is pricey but everything in San Pedro is expensive. Will stay there again. - Very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfeast, picknick option for early starting tours

  Javiera, from the hostel made my stay so pleasant and comfortable. She was a life savior and to me when you are abroad with limited resources it makes a big difference. Talk to them before you start your tours but it helps to compare with other your agencies. Don't go by the rates some offer better services than other. Nice friendly people, but our problem was our complete lack of any Spanish. The main receptionist spoke good English, but if out of main office hours it was a struggle for us.   Great location. Lovely staff. Comparatively good breakfast including ham, cheese and yoghurt (only with letsbookhotel.com). They didn't have a double available so they upgraded us to a sort of apartment with separate kitchen and little sitting area. Good, fast internet.   People over there were really friendly and all the time they take care of you. Also they provide a good breakfast which is great if you consider the price for the room was really cheap. - Staff was very helpful. Position is perfect. A very good place for backpackers and socialisation.
