The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise.
The massage at the spa was also divine.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. The level of professionalism is something you do not see everywhere

Visit Vancouver for several years and also stay at different hotel in downtown, Blue Horizon is my favorite. Stay there more than three times, staff is very kind and helpful, price is reasonable, room is big and clean, facility is convenience and comfort. Staff was helpfull, we were first time visiters to Canada and they gave

Superb location! My daughter and I had gone to a concert and the Rosedale is less than 2 blocks from the venue. Also, right next to all the shops on Robson, which my daughter really liked. When we arrived we learned that we had been upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor, which was very nice and quiet. On site parking at a reasonable day rate is another plus. The hotel is very easy to get to as well - especially important for me as I am not from Vancouver and do not like driving

The front desk staff was rude when we checked in as was the bellhop They just kept telling us how if we touched the fridge we would have to pay!!Maybe we looked like we couldnt afford a 5$ coke,Im not sure however the concierge staff was very helpful!And that made our expierence! -

We were passing through Vancouver and the Hyatt was perfect for that. It was clean, comfortable and friendly. We'd stay there again if we were passing through Vancouver. It would also be good for a few days if you wanted to stay in Vancouver longer. -

Beautiful rooms and resort, nice views of the Burrard Inlet/Harbour and Stanley Park, very comfortable bed and furniture. the harbour were lovely, beautiful property and our room was huge and
