We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive. Stunning Hotel in every way. The staff were outstanding, incredibly helpful, professional and courteous. The concierge knew us by sight and greeted us each time by our names - fantastic touch! Room was fantastic for a young family and location is brilliant. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. 10 Stars!!!

My sister got sick and they took amazing care of her. Breakfast and view
was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Love the Le Labo
toiletries, classy all the way. They even drive you in the bmw and took
our bags to the cruise ship. -

Friendly staff. Nice outdoor pool and fitness room. Free milk and cookies for the kids. Great location close to the Waterfront SkyTrain station. Canada Place and the Fly-Over Canada attraction are right across the street. Great harbour views. We had a room with a garden patio on the same level as the pool and fitness room.

It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the shopping area.I stayed there about 25yrs ago and loved my stay so I wanted to take my daughter for her 17th birthday as that was a wish of hers.We both enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel. The service was excellent in the Yew Restaurant, our room was beautifully appointed.

I normally stay at Starwood Hotels, but for my first time at Four Seasons it was eccellente, the Staff, the rooms, the Yew Bar and Restaurant, etc. We enjoyed very much 3 days rest after 8 days Skiing.
We defenetly will recommend Four Seasons Hotel to everyone.

Arrived at the hotel after a 13 + hour flight from New Zealand. Was
given a friendly welcome upon arrival. We had the free wifi & keys
explained to us. Had a single room suite (room 908), room was nice and
tidy, beds firm and comfy, nice view. Fully equipped kitchen, which is
