Loved concierge floor. Michael was tops, as was the chef and all staff.
My sister got sick and they took amazing care of her. Breakfast and view
was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Love the Le Labo
toiletries, classy all the way. They even drive you in the bmw and took
our bags to the cruise ship. -

After traveling and staying at budget friendly accommodations, this was a VERY welcome treat. My kids and I were treated extremely well. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor pool and fitness room. Free milk and cookies for the kids. Great location close to the Waterfront SkyTrain station. Canada Place and the Fly-Over Canada attraction are right across the street. Great harbour views. We had a room with a garden patio on the same level as the pool and fitness room.

Stunning Hotel in every way. The staff were outstanding, incredibly helpful, professional and courteous. The concierge knew us by sight and greeted us each time by our names - fantastic touch! Room was fantastic for a young family and location is brilliant. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. 10 Stars!!!

It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the shopping area.I stayed there about 25yrs ago and loved my stay so I wanted to take my daughter for her 17th birthday as that was a wish of hers.We both enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel. The service was excellent in the Yew Restaurant, our room was beautifully appointed.

I normally stay at Starwood Hotels, but for my first time at Four Seasons it was eccellente, the Staff, the rooms, the Yew Bar and Restaurant, etc. We enjoyed very much 3 days rest after 8 days Skiing.
We defenetly will recommend Four Seasons Hotel to everyone.
