  The staff were all nice, friendly and extremely helpful. It was always clean and quiet. I didn't even mind that their wasn't any room service. I liked that their were 4 bus stops right outside and a variety of restaurants and stores. I had read some reviews before going and people made comments like "...outdated tv's..." but when I got to my room ... что говорят » I noticed the large flat screens! This made me realize that all the comments were acknowledged. I really liked that the most. - Staff were friendly and helpful over the whole 3 night stay, both on the reception desk and in the breakfast room. Price was good and the room was pleasant. Housekeeping staff did a good job and were friendly when we encountered them in the corridors.Several eating places nearby (Pho Don Vietnamese restaurant was the one we used) and a pleasant Starbucks.

  We had a separate bedroom suite with a king size bed, and there was a pull-out couch in the living room. For the room and the location of the hotel the price couldn't be beat for downtown Vancouver. If you are partying on Granville this is the perfect location, and is also five minutes walking distance to shopping on Robson and Yaletown.   The staff - they were all very pleasant and helpful. Richard at the front desk went out of his way to make our 6-day visit as enjoyable as possible. Th... что говорят » e room - wonderful view of the street and beach, very clean, well appointed with all sorts of goodies in the bathroom, ironing board, umbrella, microw - Great location with easy walk to the stunning Stanley Park, English bay beach is just a few minutes walk and you can join in with all the Canadians out walking, jogging, riding bike (plenty available to rent). Granville island markets are accessible too from a close by ferry for $3.50 and buses no 5 and 6 to downtown stop outside the door. For $2.75 we caught the no 6 bus to the sky train that took us out to the airport in 45 mins. Saved heaps in taxi fairs and was easy. Great affordable place

The hotel was well situated for a weekend away - lots of places to walk and if you are a 'people' watcher - lots to see. - Staff were friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast I had included juice, coffee and a full breakfast for around eleven dollars - a good deal - especially when you are afforded a window seat with a great view of English Bay.

  We were on an organized bike ride from Seattle to Vancouver so we had three bikes with lots of gear. It was tremendously convenient to be able to keep the bikes in storage. The bikes were tagged with tickets which added to our piece of mind that they were secure.   I've stayed here before. The shuttle driver was friendly.....one note for future customers....the shuttle won't pick you up until you call. The people at the desk were great too! I LOVE the fact that WHITE SPOT is in this hotel! Couldn't have asked for better service!! (Or food!!) One of my servers in particular was "Dina"!!! She was amazing!... что говорят » ! Her attention to detail and cleanliness is worthy of imitation!! For me, that concern for cleanliness means everything!! Thanks Dina!! - It was remarkably quiet despite the location. Shops, Laundrette, buses and train were fairly close, so easy to get around the city. The staff were great, as they hadn't received the booking from letsbookhotel.com yet they still sent the shuttle driver to collect us from the airport (it was midnight), and they were totally booked out. While we were there a cancellation came through and they gave us the room.

  All hotel employees at the reception desk and the concierge Albert have been very nice to us and they have offered an outstanding service to make our stay very much enjoyable. The rooms are very comfortable and well cleaned every day. Very cosy and comfy room. Perfect hotel location. We also have enjoyed the complementary wine tasting offered by... что говорят » the hotel every weekday between 5 and 6. - My sister and I stayed here for the Madonna concert and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were immaculate and I loved the Jacuzzi tub! We wished that we could have enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting, but time was not on our side so we had to miss it. We would definitely stay here again!

  Awesome staff. Very kind from check in to check out. - We liked how centrally located it was and that a suite ensured we could all stay in the same room together. We aslo really liked having a kitchen and being able to eat some meals especailly breakfast in the room.
