Arrived at the hotel after a 13 + hour flight from New Zealand. Was
given a friendly welcome upon arrival. We had the free wifi & keys
explained to us. Had a single room suite (room 908), room was nice and

We had the penthouse apartment. The space of having separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen and living room was fantastic for a family with 2 college-age kids + 1 5 year old. It was just what I needed for a quick solo trip to Vancouver. Simple, clean room, comfy bed, tv and a basic bathroom. Good value for money considering what I would have had to pay at a hotel. Also the central location made it easy for me to get around and walk to most of what I wanted to see.

I've stayed here before.
The shuttle driver was friendly.....one note for future customers....the shuttle won't pick you up until you call. The people at the desk were great too!
I LOVE the fact that WHITE SPOT is in this hotel! Couldn't have asked for better service!! (Or food!!)

It was remarkably quiet despite the location. Shops, Laundrette, buses
and train were fairly close, so easy to get around the city. The staff
were great, as they hadn't received the booking from letsbookhotel.com yet
they still sent the shuttle driver to collect us from the airport (it
was midnight), and they were totally booked out. While we were there a
cancellation came through and they gave us the room.

The main advantage of Riviera is location: right in the middle of Vancouver's beautiful downtown, 10 mins walk to Stanley park, 5 mins to waterfront, etc. Room are surprisingly spacious for a hotel and come with full kitchen (stove including). It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the shopping area.I stayed there about 25yrs ago and loved my stay so I wanted to take my daughter for her 17th birthday as that was a wish of hers.We both enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel. The service was excellent in the Yew Restaurant, our room was beautifully appointed.

I normally stay at Starwood Hotels, but for my first time at Four Seasons it was eccellente, the Staff, the rooms, the Yew Bar and Restaurant, etc. We enjoyed very much 3 days rest after 8 days Skiing.
We defenetly will recommend Four Seasons Hotel to everyone.
