Trump hotels set the standard for this level of price. Not cheap but plenty of little things - chocolates and water each night (gratis), as well as slippers and turn down service each night. Fantastico!

You can't fault this hotel, it's one of the best I've stayed in. The rooms were large and luxurious, the beds extremely comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The staff were so friendly, even though it's a large chain hotel it felt more like a small boutique hotel. It as five star all the way. -

We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at the
RoyalYork. It was our winter get away the year.( Didn't have time
for an island trip ) We took the train to get to Toronto, so we just
walked across the street. The Royal York is so majestic that as soon as
the door men open the door for you, it is like walking into another
world. Everyone so helpful and polite. The Elite restaurant was

Excellent location. Within walking distance of major theatres, CN Tower, Rogers Centre and subway. One bedroom suite was very large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. To be honest, we didn't check in until later in the evening, so we
didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities. But the staff were
super courteous and very accomidating. Our room was very comfortable. We
were a family of three senior sisters and our very elderly dad (90 yrs).
Dad was very impressed with the fact that he had his own bedroom and
bath!! It really was lovely. Thank you so much.

Cannot beat the location - walk outside and you're at the CN Tower or the stadium. Easy walk to the downtown business/entertainment districts. Easy parking, and with the walking distance you can save $ by not having to pay to park at hotel and then downtown. Friendly restaurant/bar staff. -
