  lovely room and ensuite...lovely well kept facility...loved the access to snacks and tea or ice at night...great family....great parking arrangements with city tag for car - David and Kim were excellent hosts. Kim met us each morning at breakfast and was very hospitable. The house was very beautiful and very close to the harbour.

My impression is that the Hotel is well managed, and the staff are very well trained. The Hotel is beautifully laid out in refurbished 19th century buildings on the harbour front.   I stay here anytime I travel to St.John's. I was there in January when a huge snow storm came through. This was the time you won my heart, about 50 guest were storm stayed and the hotel rose above, we were all feed and treated like family with no extra cost to our bills. Our suite was a bit of "home away from home", with very comfortable beds and always well maintained. The on-site restaurant has a nice variety to the menu, great food, good prices and hours of operation. We will definitely book our next stay in St. John's at the Ramada.

Comfortable large rooms, clean updated bathrooms. A beautiful old historic property - and one I visited many years ago when a Parker classmate of mine lived there.
