Very short walking distance to the old town center. The ownwers were very friendly and gave us some useful information about where to eat and what to visit. Georgous house, nice room with all amenities like hair drier. We could decide which room we liked.

The couple who own the B&B, Dwight and Cheryl, were charming, informative about restaurants and activities in the area, and the room we had was lovely and comfortable. Innkeepers Cheryl and Dwight are just fantastic. They made me feel cared for and completely at home. Cheryl's breakfasts are absolute delicious. I stayed in The Parlour Room and it was spacious, with a full kitchen. The location is wonderful, just a 5 minute walk from the Old Market. I highly recommend the Earle of Leinster and will stay there the next time I'm in Saint John.

The B&B is wonderfully located in St. John in a neighborhood with interesting architecture and many restaurants a few blocks from the harbor. My room was tiny but pleasant, and the bed was comfy. There's a large deck above a beautiful garden. The hosts are friendly, kind, and helpful. And they have a very fine cat! -

This lovely, classic family home has been expertly adapted to its present B&B role. Generously large rooms and hallways, beautiful decor that looks as though a professional stylist has designed it, delicious breakfast done just the way each guest likes it, immaculately clean in every way and our hosts were warmly welcoming and supportive in every way.
