  I can say that It is an authentic hotel fairmont network. The location (Lake Louise) is amazing. Very special place, a natural beauty unmatched. The room is prety good, with king superconfortavel bed. The hotel staff are super attentive, impeccable service. The food is very good, with great variety.   From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire staff treated us exceptionally. They are all professional, respectful, and they treated my daughter like a queen. The hotel itself is amazing and fun to explore, especially in your slippers late at night. The view was a nice one...I'm sure there are better but I can't complain. We di - Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. He went out of his way to make us feel special and this made our first stay here memorable. Thank you Jay! Because of you, we will probably return. Keep up the great work!

  Excellent accommodation. Good living space for self catering and our chalet had master bedroom with en suite plus twin bedroom with own bathroom. Kitchen facilities very good and longe area also comfortable. We did not use but pool on site and Barbq for guest use.   Great place for family, facilities make kids happy and parents are allowed to have some rest. Lots of families are staying in this quiet place. On the 2nd floor we had a better view on the mountains unlike the first stay on the 1rst.   The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. - The guest lounge that has big TV and sofas, wii for playing.
