Didn't expect the breakfast to be so well done! Hot continental is not usually complimentary and here it was awesome! The staff were very fast and very accomodating as well.
The rooms were large and comfortable too. The kids had a blast in the pool. -

I truly loved how comfortable your staff dealt with me since I am a early stage preopp trans gender male to female. Staff was friendly and courteous. Wifi was available, it was a great choice of breakfast, even though it was a smaller Best Western. I really enjoyed my stay - would do it again. -

Great place for family, facilities make kids happy and parents are allowed to have some rest. Lots of families are staying in this quiet place.
On the 2nd floor we had a better view on the mountains unlike the first stay on the 1rst.
We appreciate that the staff was discreet but available as soon as we need them, it make us feel like in home but

Check in was smooth, informative, friendly, welcoming. Rooms were comfortable, beds were wonderful, lots of towels and pillows! Located away from the street front traffic noises were minimum, pool and hot tub area was clean and inviting. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the Continental breakfast was marvelous! -

Very nice place to stay. Large room, tidy and warm with big TV :) Wi-fi available. Close to the Airport. Shatter anytime you want. I would highly recommended Crystal Star Inn. -

Stephanie welcomed us at the desk and provided the info we needed to make our stay comfortable. When we told her we had stayed at the Inn several times, she surprised with complimentary breakfast. Very pet friendly as this was our first experience having our pet in a hotel. Great place

I really liked the fireplace and jacuzzi in my room. The fridge was very good to have around and the bed was large enough for two people. I also loved how close to the highway and also to convenience stores and other places the hotel was. Parking was also very easy to find. -

I liked the Spa and Services there. the staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that the staff put water into the fridge knowing that I just had a massage treatment and that i would need to drink lots of water. I also liked the cleanliness of my room for the best part.
