  A wonderful hotel tucked into a cobblestone street in Old Town! Giant rooms and hot tub big enough for two was a real plus on cold nights (and days)! I will stay here the next time I am in Quebec City. Great value, too.   Jean Francois was an amazing host - told us about authentic Quebecois sites. Wish I was just a tourist and had more time - definitely coming back! - Rooms were very nice. Very clean. JeanFrancois very helpful in recommending restaurants.

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were contemporary, cleanand with everything you need. The bathrooms were fantastic. Location isamazing very near to old town and chateau frontenac, lots of nicerestaurants nearby. - The location is wonderful. You can walk out the door and every thing is within a five minute walk.   The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! - The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service.

They were very courteous, attended to our requests, always willing to give us information and assistance with directions, restaurants, etc. The location was the best--- right in the heart of the old city.
