The owner was very kind. The beds were nice

There was little room to move in my room! The sound proof was bad The amount of money for making a reservation at this hotel that letsbookhotel.com mentions is lower than the real one!!! Be careful!

The location is right next door to the Frontenac Hotel, in front of which is an information building and the on-off bus, so a great way to get started. You can open your window which I like. It is quiet and clean, although nothing fancy.

There was only one small bar of soap and one hand towel. The bathtub is slippery so I would suggest having a rubber suction mat as optional or put a few anti-slide patches in the tub. Croissants every day might be mixed up with oatmeal or cereal for the same price.

We absolutely loved this place! The location can't be beat...one minute walk to all tourist sites but far enough off the main square to avoid being kept up at night with noise. The room was very cute..2 separate sleeping areas and a beautiful view of the neighboring park and St. Lawrence River. The room was immaculately clean as well. Loved it!

Excellent location. Walking distance to absolutely every must see thing. Our room overlooked a quaint street. Great for people watching.

Your internet booking system must be updated. We ended up staying at 2 different hotels of this group. Only 1 family stayed at Jardin, the other stayed at L'hotel du General which is 100 meters away. The family at Jardin had a fridge and a full bathroom, the other group (with me) did not have a fridge, and the shower was tiny. Air conditioner got broken at 2 am, no staff on duty to address this issue.

Location was awesome

Guy at the front desk had the worst customer service ever! He lectured my kids for talking in the entrance, tried to charge me an extra 100 on top of the letsbookhotel.com quote and then mocked me for insisting on the lower price. The last straw for me was the chastising I endured for breaking a 50 cent water glass. he actually charge me $10. I left that hotel furious. If it weren't for him I would have enjoyed my stay, as it is I would never go back.

Location, location, location.

Meager breakfast, no bath mat one day, no hand towel another day. Waste basket not emptied on day of arrival. CRT television in 2013! Service was not commensurate with the price.
