  The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I never experienced that before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until 4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I was participating in the Ironman Mont-Tremblant 70.3 and they gave all the athletes ... что говорят » a late check-out of 2pm. I checked out past 3pm and not a word was said by them. I am booked there for the Ironman in August! - The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc. What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!

  From the time they parked our car everyone was so friendly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room was very nicely furnished and cozy and the hotel itself was just yards away from the village. We had a wonderful weekend thanks to the westin people.   The wood decor is beautiful. The room per say was nice but the bathroom could have used some renovation. It was a little worn. We had dinner in the bar area and it was delicious. The waiter/bartender was super. The best part of our stay - I liked the decor quite a bit. The food was great.   Warm welcome, helpful and friendly owner and staff, great breakfast with nice view of squirrels and trees. Very comfortable beds and warm room. Good to have a fridge in the room. Simple clean facilities and a good price for my sister and I sharing a room. Had the sun shone on Thursday we would have tried to stay another night. Thank you. - We came up for the 70.3 Ironman. Great location, 6 miles from Lac Tremblact and a few hundred yards from the bike trails. Awesome staff. Very acomodating. The hotel is nothing special but has everything you could want. The breakfast was outstanding and Andre and the other staff were some of the best I have ever experienced in 30 years of traveling. I will be back next year!!
