We were on the main floor so we didn't have to climb stairs or take the elevator.
This suite would be suitable for long term stays because it had a kitchen and dining room table.

Visit Vancouver for several years and also stay at different hotel in downtown, Blue Horizon is my favorite. We had a separate bedroom suite with a king size bed, and there was a pull-out couch in the living room. For the room and the location of the hotel the price couldn't be beat for downtown Vancouver. Superb location! My daughter and I had gone to a concert and the Rosedale is less than 2 blocks from the venue. Also, right next to all the shops on Robson, which my daughter really liked. When we arrived we learned that we had been upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor, which was very nice and quiet. On site parking at a reasonable day rate is another plus. The hotel is very easy to get to as well - especially important for me as I am not from Vancouver and do not like driving
