  You can't fault this hotel, it's one of the best I've stayed in. The rooms were large and luxurious, the beds extremely comfortable and the bathroom was amazing.   The hotel lobby looked impressive and set expectations very high. The check in process was fast and easy. We loved the elevator with a view. The indoor/outdoor pool was great as was the sauna and locker room. The room was nice as well with nice finishes (wood, granite counters, tile, etc). It was very convenient to have a fridge. Porters out front let us know about the self-park garage which was $21 for overnight and we were very close to the hotel entrance. The room and bed was so nice, we enjoyed spending time there.

  Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the time we walked up the front steps to the time we checked out. We had an issue with our room and it was dealt with quickly and with little fuss. The room we ended up staying in was lovely, very spacious and tastefully decorated.
