  Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the time we walked up the front steps to the time we checked out. We had an issue with our room and it was dealt with quickly and with little fuss.   Pillows were both fluffy, but flattened nicely. The beds were very comfortable. There was a big concert in town with lots of younger adults. They had filled most of the hotel. The staff graciously placed me on the top floor away from most of the noise.
