Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed nightly movie in courtyard #2. Though the big flower arrangement made it hard to see the movie for some people.
There was n incident with some people in the courtyard at 230am which the staff quickly delt with. -

I read the good reviews and booked it. Then I read the bad ones and had second thoughts. My experience was the total opposite of the comments I read in the bad reviews. No problem with the room, got a free upgrade, no smoking smell (and we had 1 baby and 1 toddler so you can figure we needed a cle

Reasonably priced, centrally located, quiet, comfortable bedding and two
pool choices, front desk staff especially Alaina(morning staff) very
helpful and giving us suggests of where to go & what we could do.
Continental breakfast, nothing fancy but a good start to get you going.
Would recommend and stay again.Considering the small amount of time
spent in room not necessary to spend alot for the stay. Car not
necessary to get around in town. Also used Bus transit pass with tours

The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I definitely would recommend this hotel for price, quality and convenience to the attractions. - Close to the Falls, Casino and restaurants. The pool was never crowded with kids. You could relax in quiet. Clean close to elevators. Close to falls and activities. Lots of parking. - Within walking distance to most attractions. Good Continental breakfast.

I was very hesitant since I have never stayed at this Best Western before but we were very impressed. It was clean and very neat. We loved the balcony. The room was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet. I never heard plumbing noises, people talking in the hallway. We were right across from the elevator and never heard people coming and going. We heard no cars or motorcycles starting up in the morning either. Very quiet.
I also like fact that they allow dogs and appaently other pets as well. That is very nice to know for the future. They seem to cater to pets and really like them. Esp. dogs. :)

I was travelling with a friend who has severe mobility issues,so I inquired about renting a wheelchair from the hotel. They graciously provided one -- no cost and encouraged us to take it out of the hotel when we went shopping, which was terrific. The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. Ex- they held onto
our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though
we'd already checked out. Although this hotel was expensive I
didn't feel like they were stingy like most expensive hotels that
charge for every little thing. They are extremely time efficient as well
- check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between
romance, luxury and city trip.

When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

First time here. Booked online and it is exactly how the pics are online but better we absolutly loved this hotel we are defiantly going to make that our hotel of first choice . We go to Niagara Falls often and hard to choose a hotel without paying big bucks this one is affordable we got it at 99 a night online and the hotel is stunning clean and everyone is friendly defiantly coming back soon:)
