  Our room on the third floor was enormous and very well equipped. It looked like it had been recently refurbished with a pleasant colour scheme of browns, creams and coffee colours. The bed was huge, firm and very comfortable. The kitchen was a good size and well equipped and there was tons of wardrobe and storage space.   We arrived fairly late and had a bite to eat and a drink in the pub downstairs. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Beds very comfortable and quiet during the night. I didn't have to pack my luggage to a business meeting. Also the convenience of the location being right downtown Victoria almost next to the museum and archives was a tremendous bonus. I liked how they put me in a room on the 14th floor which gave me the best views ever.

It was heaven!
