The location is great, about a 15 minute walk to all the attractions. You are right on Ferry Street, a main street in Niagara Falls, lined with souvenir shops and restaurants. It felt extremely safe day and night. We arrived late, at 8.30pm, dropped our bags and went exploring. The place is definitely a budget motel BUT for what it lacks in modern conveniences it absolutely makes up for in hospitality! pool choices, front desk staff especially Alaina(morning staff) very
helpful and giving us suggests of where to go & what we could do.
Continental breakfast, nothing fancy but a good start to get you going.
Would recommend and stay again.Considering the small amount of time
spent in room not necessary to spend alot for the stay. Car not

Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front
desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I
arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room
with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The
hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet
a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but
there are plenty of alternatives close by.
