  They were very friendly family, couldnt do enough for us, we had a small problem when we were there, an earwig was in our room, immediatly they wanted to change our room, but, I said hey our room is on ground level you have to expect the odd bug to get in, other then that we had a great time, also, the next day even after check out, they let us le... что говорят » ave our baggage /bags there until we left that night at 10pm, I ask u would any of the other big hotels let you do that without it costing you extra m - Very nice place, budget-friendly and very spacious rooms as well. We were located right at the heart of the action, just a couple of minutes walk away from Clifton Hill where all the action is happening ! No cab or bus necessary, everything is at a walking distance. Staff was very nice to us and we would for sure consider going back there if we travel back to Niagara. Thanks a lot !

  This establishment is owned by people who understand the meaning of cleanliness and customer satisfaction and do their utmost to follow it through. Free car parking. Friends went to a hotel on the falls and the room was no cleaner than ours and they paid 3 times the amount we did. Would certainly use this place again when in the area. - Upon our arrival the staff was very friendly.Our room was very large and clean. We had a microwave, small bar fridge and coffee maker.The air condition worked well and there is excellent water pressure in the shower. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The price was great value and the location was just a short distance to all local attractions.

  After reading a few bad reviews we were a little hesitant about staying here. As soon as we got there our fears vanished. The property was well kept, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and the room itself was very clean. The Plasma TV, micro wave and air conditioner all worked fine. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyo - The staff are extremely helpful. Sam & Sunny made good friends with our young boys. the room was wide enough & cosy. Cleaning was adequate. it's 7 min walk from the falls & 10 min from dinning area. tim horton is 3 min away. our children really enjoyed the place & every one was very very friendly. it is very safe & have a familial atmosphere. free parking was a great advantage.
