  The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I definitely would recommend this hotel for price, quality and convenience to the attractions. - Close to the Falls, Casino and restaurants.   Room was nice front desk was very helpful and always smiling when I was there - My daughter and I stayed for a night. When we first got to the room we noticed the legs on the bed were broke. I took a picture and showed the staff. They fixed it immediately. The tv is very small and there are limited channels and its fuzzy to watch. The bathroom... что говорят » mirror was not clean. There is no breakfast included. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't go back. I will spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

  We had loud neighbor. Staff moved us immediately upon request - I liked the location. i liked the foyer and Christmas decorations.   They were very friendly family, couldnt do enough for us, we had a small problem when we were there, an earwig was in our room, immediatly they wanted to change our room, but, I said hey our room is on ground level you have to expect the odd bug to get in, other then that we had a great time, also, the next day even after check out, they let us le... что говорят » ave our baggage /bags there until we left that night at 10pm, I ask u would any of the other big hotels let you do that without it costing you extra m - Very nice place, budget-friendly and very spacious rooms as well. We were located right at the heart of the action, just a couple of minutes walk away from Clifton Hill where all the action is happening ! No cab or bus necessary, everything is at a walking distance. Staff was very nice to us and we would for sure consider going back there if we travel back to Niagara. Thanks a lot !

  There were a few things,free parking especially when the Strerling's location was so close to so many things that you didn't need to drive anywhere, including Niagra's public Transportation the WeGo. They upgraded our room to a much bigger suite with a living room and answered our request to have a jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not disturb" sign on their door. Free parking. The ag restaurant was really well-priced and excellent. Great services there.

  We're here for the holiday and are very pleased with our accommodations and our stay. We have the Jr suite w/ the Jacuzzi in the room and we're really happy w/ our room - clean, cozy and comfortable, convenient to everything! We were able to walk to the Skylon Tower for dinner and we can walk down to the falls I'd we wanted to (which we might do a... что говорят » ctually). The service was very reasonable. Not super warm, fuzzy and friendly but indeed friendly, helpful, attentive none the less. I don't need ppl - We enjoyed the comfortable bed and tub. As well as how everything was centrally located. We also liked that we had a newspaper to great us both mornings of our stay. Our Previous stay we never received one, so this was a nice touch and something to look forward to after breakfast. Also, it was nice to come back to a freshly made up bed and our belongings rearranged.
