  We had an overnight stay with an early morning flight. Comfort, good shower and internet access in a quiet location were priorities. We also wanted a couple of hours at West Edmonton mall for shopping.   The room was large with two very comfortable beds. There was a microwave and fridge. Wifi and parking were free. We went to an excellent Chop restaurant next to the hotel car park.   I had forgotten a very special bracelet in the bathroom. I called and thankfully it had been found! They sent it in the mail to me and I had it within a couple days. Amazing customer service! - The room was clean and comfortable. Close to West Edmonton Mall which was great.

  I liked the staff, they were friendly and prompt when needed. The pool was quaint but well kept and clean. The breakfast was more real food than I had anticipated. I was expecting cereal only and was pleasantly surprised. I've stayed at way more expensive hotels and the complimentary breakfast is never that good.   Location was very convenient for my purpose as it is near to the Misericordia Hospital where my husband was having surgery. Also close to WEM where I could spend time when my husband was in the O.R. - Breakfast was great- it was nice to have a full complimentary breakfast, not just continental!
