We've stayed with 2 little children.
The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it. Location is very good - just near the c-train stat

The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. Good cook

Awesome staff, very friendly and accommodating. The fellow from the
restaurant informed us that he wasn't open for business for another
hour and a half, but when he noticed how hungry we were, he took pity on
us and served a wonderful pizza. -

Everything about the EL was fantastic. I've stayed in budget accommodation and was sceptical about this one but my fears were put to rest when we walked into a clean room that didn't smell like cigarettes, even though the smoking rooms were 10 metres away. -

My family checked into the hotel at 10:30 pm on Thursday March 28, 2013 and the clerk on duty was bright, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Staff like this made my stay positive and memorable. -

we really liked the easy access to all the city spots we enjoy,our children live 10 minutes away from the hotel..we liked that the rooms were cool and we enjoyed the small balconywe look forward to our next trip early september. -

The facility was very nice and plenty to offer in terms of restaurants and fitness/pool activities. The buffet was excellent in the Garden Court and several families were dining while I was there. Staff was very friendly and helpful anytime I needed anything over my stay. I would also like to thank their on site security as the people in the room

Rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The water
slide was our favorite! When traveling with children it was a perfect
way to have fun and burn off energy upon our arrival and again, because
it was open by 6 A.M. we took them again upon rising which burned that
energy once again and made them ready for the days journey. We enjoyed
our stay so much that we booked it a second time on our journey home!

This place is AWESOME! Sleep number beds in all the rooms, food was beyond what I expected from a hotel on 16 Ave NE. I ordered my breakfast for 10 AM and it came at 9:59 :D Super clean and quiet, friendly and accommodating staff. Complimentary water and super great rates!! Will repeat for sure!

Wonderful front desk people...did their best to meet our needs! Also the food was excellent in restaurant .The waitress in the lounge was fun and the free drink was a nice touch. -
Our trip was for a medical appointment, Our doctor is close and that is why we chose this. We were treated very well and even got an upgrade. What a treat.

We really liked the room. It was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. My spouse forgot his room key and the reception did their job by not letting him get to the room until verifying that he was a guest. The location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, there was a DVD player in our room, the kitchenette was well furnished. They even delivered a copy of the bill directly to our room for review, so we only needed to stop at the front desk for a minute. -

We only had the one night so wanted somewhere close to the airport. It was further away than we thought but the free shuttle over-rode any problems on that score.
Also we asked for non smoking and our room smelt of smoke but the front desk very promptly changed us to another room when we made them aware of this. -
