We've stayed with 2 little children.
The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it. Location is very good - just near the c-train stat

The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. The room was perfect, the service from the front desk was great - they called after we got to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory. The breakfast was excellent! Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this hotel! -
This hotel is obviously catering to business clients and was perfect for a quiet night's sleep. Recommended.

Everything about the EL was fantastic. I've stayed in budget accommodation and was sceptical about this one but my fears were put to rest when we walked into a clean room that didn't smell like cigarettes, even though the smoking rooms were 10 metres away. -

Rooms clean and have usual amenities like towels, iron, hair drier. Neither great nor poor. Fair value for price. Handy to rapid transit. Quiet except for a small group of noisy guests in hall for a couple of minutes. -

Parking and wifi were free. A very good breakfast was included with real crockery and cutlery, not plastic. Room was large and had fridge, two arm chairs and a coffee table. Located close to Downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. -

My family checked into the hotel at 10:30 pm on Thursday March 28, 2013 and the clerk on duty was bright, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Staff like this made my stay positive and memorable. -

we really liked the easy access to all the city spots we enjoy,our children live 10 minutes away from the hotel..we liked that the rooms were cool and we enjoyed the small balconywe look forward to our next trip early september. -

The facility was very nice and plenty to offer in terms of restaurants and fitness/pool activities. The buffet was excellent in the Garden Court and several families were dining while I was there. Rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The water
slide was our favorite! When traveling with children it was a perfect
way to have fun and burn off energy upon our arrival and again, because
it was open by 6 A.M. we took them again upon rising which burned that
energy once again and made them ready for the days journey. We enjoyed
our stay so much that we booked it a second time on our journey home!

The location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, there was a DVD player in our room, the kitchenette was well furnished. They even delivered a copy of the bill directly to our room for review, so we only needed to stop at the front desk for a minute. -

Very clean, has an indoor pool which is good for kids, is near a light rail line in to the city. Big rooms and you can get a little suite with a kitchen. Near the university. The gym is modern but a little small.
