  The room service staff were at your door everyday asking you if you wanted your room to be clean. This is a good service and they were all the time friendly and smiling.   We stayed at this hotel for one night only. Hospitality is a good word to describe it. The personal is very polite and helpful. It is very good for transit because it is located on the Sofia's south ring, closer to the motorway. It was very easy to find the hotel with a GPS but using the coordinates not the address.
