We chose this place based on the recommendations we've read on letsbookhotel.com and I can confirm that the staff and the hotel manager are indeed exceptionally friendly and kind, genuinely courteous... что говорят » and helpful, we felt really comfortable and welcome during our stay. There is nothing wrong with the breakfast though many people had negative comments on it, it is fresh and nice and makes you feel like you are back at your mum's with the home-grown veggies they offer - They cleaned our rooom everyday. The sheets were changed at middle of our stay. It was relatively close to the beach and to the main atractions. The receptionist understands english. Very nice stuff.

  We stayed at the Villa Ellegance one week. The staff is very friendly even if they don't speak well english. They will help you with everything you need to have or know/visit near by. The beach is extremely close. The prices are lower in this area, compared to the old town. We payed a very fair and reasonable price for our stay. - This is the perfect location for a holiday. The rooms are very clean and the stuff is very friendly and helpful. The villa is very close to the beach, only 150 meters away. The Old City of Nessebar, a must see destination, is nearby, only 3-4 minutes driving or you can take the local bus. Overall, a perfect location.

  В этом гостевом доме были всего сутки, так как ранее был забронирован другой отель. В итоге -пожалели, что переехали. В этом семейном отеле замечательная хозяйка, было приятно с ней общаться, что (такое внимание к российским туристам) стало большой редкостью. Номер получили хороший, чистый. Балкон выходил не на море (перед ним еще один гостевой до... что говорят » м), а на тихую улицу, но это не смущало, поскольку вокруг зелень. Завтрак (яичница, сосиски, немного овощей, напиток по выбору) легко разнообразить в - тихое уютное место,очень внимательные хозяева,вкусные домашние завтраки,чисто,абсолютно безопастно,близко к морю.отличная береговая линия- мягкий песок,вход в море-мелкий.старый несебр-3 км пешком,15 минут на велосипеде,ходят бюджетные автобусы каждый час.над пляжем есть ресторан с вкусной национальной едой и огромными порциями-на 15 евро ели втроем!

  The hotel was great -- big room, spotless clean sheets, comfortable large bathroom facilities, etc. We had a studio, and we even made snacks/light dinner and had beers. However, there was no one at reception the whole time, and whenever any minor issue arose, it turned into a major issue, because no one was there to accommodate.
