  Arte has absolutely lovely people and I was given a great smoking room at a very reasonable rate. Its a noce hotel that is quiet with very efficient help.   I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

The beds were very comfortable and, despite the cold weather, we felt cozy and warm throughout the night. Highly recommended stay and should be ranked far higher than just 2 stars.
