  Panorama is awesome, the room is large and has a lot of features, but needs a little bit refurbishment (at least the one we stayed in). The bathroom was also great and in top condition, only that a heavy smell could be noticed after the fan was working. Hotel is placed at 10 minutesfrom sea shore and 15 minuted from main shoping area. It has a splendid sight view from top levels. Room was realy large and clean. Breakfast is continental and has many options .

  Almost every week I am staying in 4 or 5 stars hotels all around Europe but - this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! The staff were extremely nice and helpful, design of the bar and restaurant was outstanding, comfort and design of the room were extraordinary. Quality of the food was fantastic! I would particularly like to congratulate and thank the restaurant manager Georgi Kirov for his excellent attitude towards guests and h - The hotel design is superb and innovative (to me at least). The mattress is very comfortable. The room is spacious, light and luxurious. There were 2 complimentary water bottles. Everything else is paid - espresso, cappuccino, tea, the maxi bar. The slippers and bathrobe are useful when going to the spa. The bar/restaurant chef is out of this world - everything is delicious, tempting and with high-quality ingredients.
