The staff at the reception and in the restaurant was very frindly and helpful, the chef great, Belgian beer had the right temperature, the breakfest next morning delicious. They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites. Two mornings later the waiter asks me, if I want milk with my coffee – I nodded, and she served hot(!) milk with my beverage. Outstanding...
