Nice view from the window. Big apartment, quite and noisy district. In the room is the small kitchen with toaster, microwave and everything to prepare a meal. The staff is nice. And breakfast is quite good.

The views of the mountains were spectacular from our room, the staff were kind, friendly & attentive, and the facilities (spa/sauna etc) welcoming.

Staff is very friendly. The hotel is few steps away from ski lift, which is great plus. The room is very clean and there is enough hot water and the room is warm. Don't be fooled with cheap 4 starts hotel since they may lack heating or hot water.

The hotel is centrally located in a quiet area and close to Gondola and
provides convenient underground parking. The studio was comfortable,
warm, clean, modern furnished and fully equipped (tv, microwave, fridge,

The hotel is well positioned, although the small distance to the gondola is not a direct way, as you have to go around, on the bridge, to pass. Still, there is a free shuttle available, which takes you there in 1 minute. The breakfast is very good and tasty. The spa service is included in the room price. -

Very good value for money, clean apartments, nice furniture, fireplace,
good location if you have a car (3-5 min from the gondola parking),
friendly and polite staff. This year we were in Zell am See, Austria -
Bansko and the whole accomodation is much, much better!!! -

We had 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, all furniture andequipment was basic but new and comfortable. 2 bathrooms(shower/bathtub) clean. Except for the floor everything was clean, floorwas not perfect but next day they cleaned it. There is no elevator, wehad 1st floor apartment it was ok but if you are higher up and withsmall children
